That is why we are currently developing a fully automated P3 production line: an innovative solution specifically designed to finish structural steel profiles quickly and accurately in accordance with the highest P3 standard. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What started as an idea on the shop floor evolved into an ambitious development project. During our daily operations, we encountered a challenge for which no suitable solution was available on the market. Coatings adhere better to rounded edges than to sharp corners. In industries such as offshore, chemical processing, and maritime applications, this is critical. The result is a patented machine specifically designed for the automated finishing of structural steel profiles in accordance with the P3 standard. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This marks an important step in the continued professionalisation of our production processes.
