We take a structured approach to every project. That is why we link a project team to your assignment. Each project team includes a project manager and a planning officer. During an internal kick-off, they will discuss all the relevant information. This includes all departments involved, from engineering to assembly, as well as Syndus Group’s Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) department. This department will prepare an Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plan for your project. Everyone in the project team feels responsible for carrying out your assignment. The project manager keeps a grip on your project in terms of finance and implementation and ensures optimal coordination with you and the departments involved. This is how we achieve the best end product together.

The Engineering Department is part of the beginning of your steel project, but is at the heart of our organisation. At Ferris, a talented and committed team of employees will work on your steel construction. They do so in our own workshop. There, they saw, cut, set, assemble, and weld steel. In their professional hands, standard semi-finished products are transformed into unique steel structures. By keeping all manufacturing work in-house, we have the flexibility to set our own schedule and take your requirements into account to the best of our ability.
